Sorry OP to hijack your thread again, but JAN1124, were you able to order the Vachetta highrise using a PCE or the FB 25% off?
I just called and the CSR said the FB 25% off couldn't be used on any "BLEECKER or CAPSULE collection" items ( I wanted the cute keychain that the OP bought as well , and that was excluded also..)

Oh well, guess there's nothing for me this go-around, since Coach is being so darn stubborn about certain item exclusions... Hello Coach, your NA sales are down, your stock value is down, quit being so flipping stingy (and I'm stepping down off my soapbox now).

I did..... but I called back twice to get a CS that would honor it. I've also found if I call late at night - the night shift seems more willing to bend the rules - or be oblivious to them.

Thanks for the quick reply! I guess I'll stay up late tonight and then call back to give it one more try before the FB 25% off expires at midnight.
