I have found in general, from visiting MK stores in multiple states, that the SAs are fairly rude, aggressive and not knowledgeable. Every once in a while you get someone friendly but they are not going to go out of their way and call you when a bag comes in, or call another store etc the way the Coach SAs do. I just wish I was loving Coach more these days. So if it is any consolation, it is not just you. And I bet the manager did nothing because probably the other SAs in the store do the same. I think MK takes the Abercrombie approach where the SAs are supposed to appear aloof to project a certain image.....which I think is completely stupid

Yeah I know most of the MK SA 's are not that ethical it comes with customer service and they tend to be very snobby I don't get it, but other than that I found the MK Hamilton Satchel in Luggage color at the outlet store the SA is very friendly to me and she even Thank me that day when I was just looking around and leaving the store...The next day I went back since that bag is discontinue they are not making any longer the Hamilton in the soft leather which I preffer that. I do not like the Saffiano it just not my preference it comes with look and texture.

Sorry for your bad experience, but cute shoes! I visited an MK store for the first time today and luckily had friendly SA's. It was my 4th or 5th MK purchase but everything else had been bought from somewhere other than MK

Yes I'm glad to hear that I hope all of us will have a good experience shopping at their store we all deserve it
