Aloha guys It's been a very long time since I went to the MK store and purchase their items, My SA today is bad she do not have the personality to be a Sales agent in any way shape or form...I'm very easy shopper I do research first before hand since I do not like to stay in the store that long. She is very snobby and do not know how to smile and interact with people when I was at the counter ready to pay I asked her nicely if ever the small sutton will be back in their inventory if you guys can give me a call or email me? She responded well that is very high demand right now so I will try and that is probably sold out again when we get them...I look at her like ok...seriously???? I dindn't say anything I just hold my tongue and trying to hold my self together..after I sign my reciept and she handed me my bag she just walk away not even saying Thank you and I hope you come again...That's when I went straight to her manager and let her know how unprofessional and rude her employee to me and she was shocked, I left the store with the sour face and I almost turn around and return the item and go to the Bellevue mall which is 2hours drive from my house. I called the store to find out if they do carry this particular item, no luck they are sold out..I guess I will keep this item and wear them with a bad memmory..Thank you for letting me share and Have a good day everyone.

Here is the entire MK collection so far I love their classic bags and I love their shoes they are very comfy...I hope that particular SA is only having a bad day I hoping for the best in the near future that I will purchased from them, but so far they are the last place I will go to spend my money.

Sorry you had that experience. Those shoes are so beautiful so don't have any bad memories and just enjoy them! Who knows what kinds of problems this SA has in her life, it certainly has nothing to do with you.

That does suck. You are good. I would have done the same thing. Or even return. However maybe she was having a bad day. We have all been there. Don't let her take away from your lovely purchase. Make a new fun memory with those little cuties.

thank you pandorabox:-) Yeah my experienced is definetly not so good but all I think about now is since my flat shoes are pink they will serve me well and she will give me blush everytime I will wear her:-)

I have found in general, from visiting MK stores in multiple states, that the SAs are fairly rude, aggressive and not knowledgeable. Every once in a while you get someone friendly but they are not going to go out of their way and call you when a bag comes in, or call another store etc the way the Coach SAs do. I just wish I was loving Coach more these days. So if it is any consolation, it is not just you. And I bet the manager did nothing because probably the other SAs in the store do the same. I think MK takes the Abercrombie approach where the SAs are supposed to appear aloof to project a certain image.....which I think is completely stupid

Sorry for your bad experience, but cute shoes! I visited an MK store for the first time today and luckily had friendly SA's. It was my 4th or 5th MK purchase but everything else had been bought from somewhere other than MK

Are these flat very comfortable?
I live in Australia and yet to find out whether any shops here sell them.
