I'm so sorry...
I saw that you messaged and I hoped that I was wrong. Did you have photos of the bag to post on the forum? Make sure you mention the seller's name so if anyone ever searches it will come up. Post some photos on the forum, I doubt the bag will be authentic but at least if it isn't at least it might help prevent someone from getting cheated in the future.
Again I am so sorry it didn't work out.
I'm too tired to type out the entire story now. I will explain it later. But the synopsis is she tried to send me a different bag all together. I caught on when I noticed that the auction that I had already paid her money for was still active. She insisted that I was wrong. Long story short, she sent out a comletely wrong bag that I had no interest in. I learned this before it reached me. She said it wasn't her problem and that she referenced the auction on the invoice. (She basically negotiated with me about one bag but then referenced a completely different bag item # on the invoice while describing it as the 1st one). When I caught her on it, she denied and said it wasn't her problem and there were no refunds. At which point, I reminded her that I can't be stuck with it if I don't take possession of it. So I refused to sign the signature required and it was returned to her. She got the bag back. But I am still fighting with her to issue me a refund. I gave her until tomorrow to refund my money or I will dispute it with paypal and creditcard company. So that's where I am now. I have no product and I have no money.
