I have both of these items and wear them on the same wrist. I could care less about the scratches. I know that the LOVE bracelet is everywhere but I got mine from my BFF and it has a special message on the inside. I will never take it off!

I have the exact same Roadster with pink face Reese wears in the movie, while it's lovely it scratches VERY easily! I once worse a stretch bracelet with it and just in a couple of hours the side of the watch had already gotten very scratched!! Now I am just wearing the watch on my right hand and bracelet on the left hand to avoid this...I heard Cartier's watches all get scratched easily though..don't know if it's just me or not...
