UPDATE: I just decided to sell my neon yellow Valentino shoes, which were the entire reason I was on a search for a neon yellow bag! So I'm not looking for a neon yellow bag anymore, although I still would like a yellow bag in a different shade of yellow. I'm considering the Fendi 2jours Petite and the Givenchy Antigona Mini now.

But I was going to wear my yellow Valentinos out to go shopping for a matching bag and just wearing them around the house, I finally admitted to myself that they were too small and no amount of wear would make them loose enough to be comfortable. I have other Valentinos (the rockstud slingbacks) in size 39.5 that fit me perfectly, but these simple pumps in size 39.5 are a half size too small.

Thanks, Amazona! Yes, I am bummed to say goodbye to these shoes as I've been admiring them in my closet since last year. I ordered them without trying them on first, but I thought I'd be safe because all my other Valentinos are 39.5. Then when I first got them, I told myself they'll stretch out...but after walking in them for 2 minutes, I just realized they are and always will be a half size too small. At least now, I'm open to any shade of yellow for my next bag!
You are smart to sell the shoes...nothing more painful than too-small pointy toes! Happy hunting for your yellow bag! This is the season to get something yellow...seems like there are a lot of terrific yellow shades available now.
Thank you, LuvAllBags! I agree, there are gorgeous yellows available now. But I also have been eyeing bright blue, Balenciaga has one that just came out this season that is absolutely TDF! And I have loved Bambou ever since Hermès came out with it. So for now, I'm happy to keep looking...besides, I just got a new bag today as an anniversary gift from my hubby!
