Lee is/was on the main floor...he was very helpful to me on a busy Sat. (actually, it was the April weekend of the tPF meet last year) when I was looking for a Constance belt and promptly called other stores.

LEE!!! i visited NYC back in february and it was my first time at the Madison shop. He spent almost 2 hours with me and was absolutely fantastic!!!

Lee has always gone out of his way to help me - no matter how busy he/the store was or how difficult the request. He is a lovely person too!

It's funny, I had never had a bad experience at Madison (admittedly I have not been that many times) until yesterday. The SA who helped me the past couple times (and was very friendly and patient) was not there, and the ones who were there were not terribly warm or attentive. My SO noticed it, too. The selection was also not very good- I didn't see any new A/W scarves and they only had a few colors for the Ulysse I ended up buying. I may try Wall Street next time.

I know this is an old thread, but can someone recommend a SA at Madison Ave for leather goods?

And is it easier to build a relationship with madison or wall st? I am not looking into B or K but CONSTANCE!!!!
