Got it!

I had the Goyard St. Sulpice cardholder and same as you described. It was canvas with all leather interiors and a very tight fit nonetheless.

I just placed an order for one on Hermes.com. Normally, I would go in the boutique, but my local boutique is closed indefinitely due to the coronavirus

Yayy! What color did you go with? The one I got (Bleu Hydra/Jaune De Naples) wasn't in stock when I went in and I almost left with Navy/Bleu Nuit/Bleu Zanzibar.

It's probably for the best. This virus spreads like wildfire  I live in France and the whole country is now on lockdown.

I prefer blues, so I went with Navy/Bleu Nuit/Bleu Zanzibar. That was the only blue shade Citizen Twill available on the website. I’m over the moon because navy rocks! You can never do wrong with navy

I’m in the US and certain areas of the country are on lockdown. I can see the whole country going on lockdown very soon...

Thank you for adding the pictures! There is a guy on YouTube who recently received the H Citizens Twill cardholder. Half folded USD bills were sticking out of the center slot. Since he had one card in each of the bottom slots and two cards in each of the top slots (6 cards total), that probably caused the bills to stick out since he overstuffed the cardholder with cards.

I have 5 cards total: one in each of the bottom slots; one in one of the top slots and two (one regular plastic card and two paper ones which I count as one card) in the other top slot. The leather is really soft, I wouldn't carry more cards than that for fear it would damage the card holder.

I carry 4 cards total (debit card, credit card, DL and work ID) and a few bills. Front pocket carry only.

I prefer more durable leathers like Epsom calfskin or even canvas, but really looking forward to the Swift calfskin. Per Hermes.com:

Find out more about Swift calfskin

This extremely supple, sophisticated leather is named after Jonathan Swift, the author of Gulliver’s Travels, to highlight its resemblance to Gulliver calfskin, which is no longer featured in today’s collections.
First appeared in the collections: 2004
Appearance: Almost smooth with a delicate shine; lightly marked grain that is sometimes hardly noticeable
Feel: Soft and tender
Hand: Supple and generous
Change over time: Becomes even more supple

It sounds like they both are supple and soften over time
I'm sure you'll love your new card holder!

Complementary to Evergrain calfskin, this leather has a similar suppleness and comes in a wide palette of "forever" colors!
First appeared in the collections: 2012
Appearance: Satiny; small, regular grain obtained by printing
Feel: Grain more visible than that of Evergrain calfskin
Hand: Supple and soft
Change over time: Softens and becomes shinier

Delivery is expected tomorrow! I’ll report back once received...

My suggestion may not carry weight because my favorite is an extremely affordable RIFD-blocking hard case, but here it is in all its plain-Jane glory:

I received my Citizen Twill card holder in Swift calfskin, color - Navy/Bleu Nuit/Bleu Zanzibar.

Swift calfskin is soft and supple. Very luxurious! Thin and compact. Thinnest SLG that I’ve owned. Almost scary thin! One card in each external slot and a few bills in the center pocket is a perfect fit!

Follow up:

How does the the HERMÈS PARIS MADE IN FRANCE foil stamp hold up in the long run? I can see it wearing off since it’s on the outside of the card holder.

Thanks!
