Hi guys,
Just want to make everybody aware that Rebag might be having issues with their payments. I had a significant amount of money in my "rebag wallet" and tried to do an ACH transfer, ironically the same day the SVB (Silicon Valley Bank) went under. Every single ACH transfer that I attempted failed. I called customer service and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong. A day later I asked for my funds in the form of a check. They mailed me the check but it was returned a couple days later by my bank for insufficient funds. Today, I called customer service and they asked me to send a copy of the check to them. When I was about to take a picture, I saw that Silicon Valley Bank was their bank. So needless to say, I probably lost my money. I am sharing this so everyone is aware of what happened to me.
I will email customer service and proceed as they asked me to. If they will refund me the money or not, I don't know as of yet. All I know is that my ACH transfer requests failed and my bank did not honor their check for lack of funds.

First Citizens bank has acquired much of Silicon Valley Bank. It will likely take awhile but hopefully if you are persistent and patient you will still get your money.
Did you get your money back? I'm dealing with a mess with them too and having trouble receiving my payment because they are claiming the item got lost in shipment

I am not sure if you meant to quote my post but I did not order anything from Rebag. I posted this article because it was relevant to the topic.
 
I agree they are the worse! I've done several Youtube Videos on them. They lost one of my bags and refuse to pay me for it, saying it was never in the box with all the other items i sent. (they checked it in to there system as received) I found out through Glassdoor that employees are complaining of there not being enough room in the warehouse and expensive bags being thrown around on the floor. Never again with them. I've filed with NY consumer protection services. Hoping they get investigated.
 
I'm a real person. Not sure what you mean by sounding like a bot. This really did happen to me and on going. Just sharing my story to help others.
No, I was asking about the two posts above yours that aren’t really related to the thread and sound as if they were written by a bot. Not asking about your post. Both refer to “financial transactions” as if it’s a keyword.
