Tiffany does have tags like this on some of their pieces. My Gehry Fish silver pieces came with similar tags.

Similar,yes but not exact. None of my pieces have had tags but all of mine are 1837 collection and silver pieces, but I have seen tags on others but even looking at the writing on the tags it's uneven lol
