I use surgical steel. They're already a bit expensive for what they are ($30+) and I've broken about 5 or 6 of them. THey get caught on stuff or just break if I fall asleep in them- and they're not even large just a small piece dangling.

The dangles that I buy are like $30 but they're detachable so u can just unscrew a ball and take it off at night. U can also mix and match them!!!

I'm working with a company, helping to bring a line of Fine Body Jewelry to Department stores. I am curious where you purchased the fine pieces you have, and what you'd think if there were nice pieces in, say Macy's?

I think there will be some diamond pieces, and many genuine stones, set in gold, sterling.
