For a cheaper but same idea type of watch - i absolutely adore Nixon and they have quite decent priced watches .. and most are waterproof ..( but make sure to check before you go divin' in!)

I think that it is a SWATCH watch, relatively inexpensive, compared to the Rolex or Cartier
