Questions About the Coach (Re)Loved Exchange Program

I actually like that Coach has several avenues for direct participation in the circular economy. I’m not sure that I have seen another brand that honors and embraces their legacy in this way. As the original owner of several Coach bags, my vintage leather bags have stood the test of time.

I’ve used this program a few times on bags I no longer wanted and didn’t feel like selling. The “credit” isn’t great and you can only use 1 credit on a new purchase. I also don’t like the fact that if you decide the new purchase isn’t going to work out, if you return, you will lose your credit as well. It has its pros and cons.

Do you only get 1 credit per bag even when bringing in multiple bags at the same time or if I bring in multiple bags at once (up to the 5 per month limit) is that processed as 1 credit for the total of bags being traded?
I was considering using this program, but had been hoping to use all the credits in one purchase towards a Rogue 39; not having to make 5-7 individual purchases to use up the credits, which takes most of the appeal away for me.

They say you can only use 1 credit per purchase, however I had a store stack a bunch of mine one time. I didn't ask them to, they just said do you want to use them all and I said yes, lol! But that is not typical. You could always ask the store you go to if they will allow you to use more than one as I think they can if the system lets them even if the policy is otherwise.

When does Coach update their upcrafted section? Just random? I like some of the work they painted or did on previous bags but when I look it's always sold out. So how do I actually log on in time to see an upcrafted item being posted?

It is the last Thursday of each month. Start checking at midnight eastern time. They gradually start showing up.
