The original DE Diane that came out 10 years ago. I bought it at launch and still have it. Here are pictures from YC showing how it changes from short shoulder carry to long shoulder carry.

That's a gorgeous bag, but I believe the handles are non-adjustable 🤔

Ah yes, they've implemented this principle in the new(er) Carryall.
It's funny, though, how bag names get recycled but for totally different styles...

The strap it comes with has 3 holes for adjustment. So it's minimally adjustable.

Palermo GM ..

I have the Palermo and the straps aren't adjustable (at least the PM one doesn't). It does have two short straps and a longer strap for over the shoulder though.

You think a brand so focused on heritage, etc. would use newer names for the new bags and leave the classic/vintage names alone. They don't even look similar in most cases !! This is one thing about LV that drives me insane !!
