Who decided to wear the sweet Alhambra earstuds (specify your color motif) 24/7.

You deciding to take the chance that they will be okay for a long time before the center motifs would need to be changed to a new motif?

How long did the motifs last?

The replaced motifs did you still wear those 24/7?

I want to purchase the ONYX sweets next year but before I do I would like your feedback on how long they lasted?

Does anyone know how much it is to replace the sweet motifs and is the price for one or two?

I wear my WG pave sweet studs almost everyday. 5/7. My most worn pair of earrings. For the first few years I wore the 24/7 and now I usually take them off to sleep. But they are super comfortable. I have replaced a sweet motif once and it was $180. I’m guessing for earrings a they would charge and replace each separately.

Im considering the WG sweet studs because you don’t have to worry about them in the shower and they’re easy to clean! I think the sweets are a nice every day wear it and forget it piece overall though. I also love the butterfly motif

Did you try on the WG pave sweet studs? Did you see sparkle on your ears looking in a mirror?

The studs were not at my boutique, so I put the sweet pave pendant motif up against my ear lob and I was disappointed I didn’t see sparkle. But when I placed her flat on my pinky finger, she sparkled so beautifully.

So seeing her in both places I am not sure if she sparkles or if she doesn’t? I think the light was superb looking down at my finger but on my ear the light doesn’t do good sideways?

Do you all say they sparkle beautifully?

Oddly enough I had a similar experience. I bought the WG sweet pave pracelet - single motif - in September and after a couple months was not feeling like it sparked joy the way it did when I first saw it.

Then I moved it to my neck to see if I liked it as a necklace and it was stunning! I couldn’t believe how much more it sparkled on my neck than on my hand. Maybe it was overshadowed by my other pieces.

I have tried on the sweet pave earrings and they do sparkle but they have the most impact with your hair pulled back. I would say they’re the similar to ~ .75-1ct diamond studs? I have the WG guilloche bracelet and am getting the sweet pave necklace, so I mainly want the earrings to complete the set - not because I would be unhappy with diamond studs.

Thats interesting your similar experience.

Maybe it depends where the light is shining to get the best sparkles.

I tried the pendent on my pinky finger to see if I would like it as a sweet pave ring.
I loved the sparkle so put the ring on my wish list.

That is great to hear the sweet paves are in similar to a diamond stud .75 to 1 carat!

I have been going back and forth ….

1. sweet onyx
2. sweet pave
3. .75 carat diamond studs per earring

wanting to wear it 24/7.

in the back of the earrings wear a smaller diamond stud.

May I ask what is your hair color? If you have dark hair the onyx will look lost and underwhelming as earrings. on the other hand, I love how they look on ladies with blonde hair, it’s all about contrast. I have dark hair and wear mostly diamond earrings as I prefer some ✨ sparkles ✨ around my face.

Dark blonde color and it gets lighter when in the sun.
its cut tight around my ears so the studs always are fully seen.
i own the onyx Alhambra vintage bracelet and pendant.

Same! I also wear a diamond stud in my second hole on my ear. Any of these is a good choice to add to a jewelry collection though. Onyx is pretty okay to wear in water from my experience.
