Question for those who had jaw/chin shaving done!

It was liposuction under my chin area with acculift, which I believe is a type of laser. I think it was titanium because when I go to the dentist now to get X-rays they always comment on them. I'm 21.

Also, after the acculift did you notice any lumps? How big are the scars and where? How much time after the v-line did you get it? Are you satisfied with the result? Is the double chin effect gone?

I mean after the bones have healed..Why would the skin sag? Because of the second opening to remove the screws? So the skin has less chances to reattach itself to the bone and collagen compromise? Or for another reason?
