Question about Epi Alma (especially the larger sizes)

I have an Alma PM in vernis and my bag has dented on the top near the zipper. I don't carry the bag everyday and am pretty careful with it and honestly don't know what happened to it. It is now stuffed with paper sitting in my closet hoping the dent will come out. Fingers crossed!

Yeah I got a pre loved vernis alma bb and everytime I left the handles down for 5 minutes it would leave handle marks

I stuffed it and stored it with the handles up for around 1 month and it doesn't happen anymore! I'm so happy
