question about e-ing and honeymoon!!!

ok i meant to write e-ring!!!

Hey all!!!

So I have a weird question....I was wondering if I should take my e-ring with me on our honeymoon??? I will definatly be wearing my wedding band...but I didnt know if I should wear my e-ring...we will be staying at a Sandals Resort in St. Lucia....but we will be doing a lot of swimming and doing out door activites and I maybe wont want to wear it so I dont loose it...but I dont know if its safe to leave in our hotel room in the small safe they provide???

Does your ring pull of your finger easily? I went swimming and scuba diving with mine. I need to shimmy my ring over my bony knuckles. If yours slide off easy I would be careful swimming with yours, but don't leave it in your hotel room.

Please keep this in mind.

In my HI hotel (Sheraton) they had a safe that is operated by AA batteries.
All they had to do was bring someone from maintenance with the appripraite key and two fresh batteries and they were able to reset the safe.

If you decide to use the safe...use the hotel one located in the front desk.
It is the safest.

I think it is fine to take... just make sure you have your insurance policy in order for the ring, god forbid something does happen to it! I don't really see much of a difference between a honeymoon and any other vacation.

thank you all so much!!!! i think im going to take it!!!!

i was worried about hiking and stuff like that...but it doesnt slip off easily so it should be fine! when my SO went to aruba last year we left stuff in the safe in our hotel room and it was fine!

swanky--which sandals resort did u stay in??? and how did u like it??!!!!

First off...you really should not wear any jewelry if you are going to dive or snorkel. I always wear my rings when I go away. If Im going to go in the ocean I will take them off and hand them to whoever is not going in. I have not had bad luck so far. HOWEVER, there are times I wish I had left it at home..just because I hate thinking about it..

good point...but it will only be me and my hubby so i wouldnt have anyone to give them to to hold.....
