Congrats! I would say either the classic love with some diamonds or the thin love with some diamonds.
Hermes bag would be a third choice BUT it wouldnt feel like a push present by the time you get it.. and you'll probably have to spend way more than $15k for it (quota items plus bag).
I also agree with some of the other members in that white gold would be a great addition to your stack. If you're worried about patina, I hear you can get it rodium plated to ensure maximum shine

Congratulations! I know you didn’t mention it but something white gold would be a great addition to your stack in my opinion. Generally speaking, I’d always choose the regular love size
