I had ordered two RH PTs and planets from Bal on-line (returned them both because of flawed leather) - but anyway - neither of them had the sealant on the top like you are talking about. I thought it looked odd at the time since I only have a city.

I too, only have a city to compare it to, and it looks odd. But I guess this is the way of the PT that it doesn't come with sealant on the top.

But my GSH City doesn't have the top sealant, it seems like only RH Citys do!
