I ordered a black onyx clutch a few months ago. It was scratched up pretty badly when it arrived. I returned it and ordered another one. In the meantime, my local FP store put the clearly, very scratched one out on the floor. I saw it the next time I was in there and the only reason I knew it was mine was because of the very distinct markings it had on it. It just amazes me that nobody in the company cares about the quality of $300 + bags and then they wonder why they have to close stores. Meanwhile, more on topic, OP, I ended up returning my Loganberry Brooklyn, not once, but twice because they both were so flawed.
