I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

Yes, but this isn't the US Open I've never been to a pro hockey game, basketball, or football game in the States where suite owners sell individual tickets unless it's a concert and the owners aren't going. I'm 99% sure they didn't buy their tix is my point, the suite owners invited them.

Rest assured, they did not pay for those seats. They were guests of the suite owners, whoever they are. Still, the preferred seats [for those who wish to be seen] are on the floor. No way they’ll have those tickets. Imo.

I, for one, never know when to use who vs whom, LOL.

A very rudimentary explanation: If you can swap out the pronouns to “he or she” in the sentence, its “who,” but if it’s “him or her,” it’s “whom.”

Example: The man who works at the library is very unfriendly. HE is unfriendly (not HIM is unfriendly).
