Not sure about the hat but I do like the dress very much. That color blue really suits Sophie!
I like her hat; it's boldness, yet femininity with the pleated ruffles, is a nice contrast to the plain fabric of the dress.
Sophie looks fabulous and, as you say, that shade of blue is perfect for her (and also Camilla looks very nice in blue).
