my SA in vegas told me its very unlikely the prices will drop in USA on B or K since its still such a highly coveted item that people will still buy when offered. But the croc cdc has drop in prices so not sure if all small exotic leather goods will drop in price. She did say people are not buying much tho so the stock is quite good. And people are all going to euro since its like over 2K of saving on bags.

Yep, if I want a bag I will go to France for it and the flight will pay for itself, even on an Evelyne. But the price decrease has me at least willing to buy scarves and such in the US - when you could buy mousselines at FSH for $775 BEFORE detaxe (so, a little over $700 - they were over $1K with sales tax in US) - I had given up on all US scarf shopping.

Does anyone know what the current price of the gator CDC in Euro versus US$?

BTW, the US$ exchange just went up even more compared to Canadian dollars. There's easily about $2000 difference in buying a K in the US vs. Canada. That was the case with me back at the end of April and now it'll be an even bigger difference.

Thanks, WilliamLion! It sure dropped a fair bit! I paid $2125 before tax just at the end of April and haven't even worn mine yet. For the 2 that I bought, I could have got another 90 carre at the new price. :(

Hopefully, it'll be even better price in Europe as I'm heading there in September.

I think exotics cdc now is €1580 with detax and stuffs come to $1680. That's still some difference but not as much as b4
