Because of the way the bag is constructed and the lining it tends to put extra pressure on the canvas when the bag is carried open, the canvas tends to "tilt" in, therefore I always carry her closed and when I reach in, I make sure to hold it up so that the canvas is not tilting towards the inside. TBH Its the only bag I baby like that and the bag I worry the most. :whut: But regardless I really love her.

so I had call with Louis Vuitton and they sent me a shipping label to send my purse in so that I could get an accurate quote, which they say will
Probably take about 3 weeks to quote and then an additional 6 months to do the work. I was quoted about 1000 to replace all the piping, handles, etc. Right now I have these handle covers I purchased from Etsy. I'm just using her a bit before I send her off.

I ended up selling this and getting one in better shape.
