@cly_forever , while the Goyard Alto hatbox is super cute, I'm gonna have to say the Dior as well.
Since the ability to wear crossbody is important to you, I'd mention that depending on what you carry around, the hatbox-style bags can a little hard to close when worn on the body.
Not sure if this is something you've experienced, but because of the way the bag opens, things kind of tumble into the space that's newly allowed and I've had to either stack them a certain way or tip the bag horizontally and give it a little shake to resettle them once the bag is closed. (I find it's a little bit easier to play purse tetris with a rectangular bag shape than the round one, esp since the hat box's opening doesn't open "all the way", whereas the Dior flap can be pulled out and you have a nice open space to work with.)
Also, don't quote me on this, but I think the Alto hatbox only comes in limited colors (vs Goyard's full range), so I'm not sure how much that plays into your decision, if at all.
If you're really sold on Goyard (vs the hatbox shape) the Goyard Saigon could be an option? I know it's not one of the options you offered, but what are we here for besides enabling each other to look at more pretty purses, right? I do feel that the Dior is a little more classic and versatile though.
Happy New Year, and let us know what you end up getting!
