Hi Ladies!! I have been wondering …...if you could choose a SS Rolex, if you would pick a pink dial, or rhodium dial -- providing there were lumen markers.

Thanks Candice0985, that's what I thought as well, as I ordered the rhodium dial over the pink for the same reasons as you said but am wondering what the ladies here would pick given the choice.

I have a SS Rolex with a pink dial. It's the color they call pink but it's really more of a salmon. I like it and wear it with everything. The rhodium is beautiful too.

That's interesting because I was going to get the pink dial in the wave pattern so I went to the AD a couple weeks ago and the pink dial they had with romans, at least now, called "pink" and is a pink that is like a pink with a blue undertone, meaning it is more of a cool shade I would say. No peach in it at all. I thought it was very nice, however I didn't order the pink in the style dial I chose because nobody near me had that dial to see IRL so I went the safe route and chose rhodium.

I have a 31mm with pink dial and romans, it is very subtle, I probably would not have gotten it if it was a lot deeper but I like the shade that it is

rhodium - more classic and goes better with all stainless steel

If you have parts of your watch as rose gold, then the pink dial would be something of consideration which I had contemplated on as well.

Which one is the "wave pattern"? The one with Rolex written all over? I dunno about this, my AD advised against it as it's very difficult to see. So if your eye sight is not very good, or if you're like me, very impatient and I need the time STAT with just a quick glance, I won't go for any fancy patterns or what not.

Best of luck!

I vote rhodium but I prefer to keep my jewelry simple and classic. I love the rhodium with the stainless. I used to have a cartier Roadster with the pink dial and I tired of it after several years. Sold it to fund my 36mm rolex

Thanks Blumster for your input -- good to know!! I'm more comfortable with my decision to order the rhodium dial

minxe - thanks so much

SF3535 thanks for your input. I do really like the pink dial as well but I never really wear pink and wondered how vibrant that dial was going to look sop opted to be safe.

I have the pink, which I've had and worn for years. This is very weird for me because I don't wear any pink at all. I'm usually in all black and grey tones. But, its a very discreet colour and somehow it worked. I got it thinking I would change it in a few years, but I still love it! If I evr change, I will go for the rhodium:)
Love both dials!

akoko, when I went to the AD to see a pink dial in person, the pink dial watch they had, although not the same dial as the dial I was considering ordering, looked very pink to the point that I was surprised. I think however that the lighting at the store was not real bright so whether that made a difference, I don't know. It was pretty but I was a little disappointed because I wanted a 36mm watch that looked feminine. I wanted to LOVE the pink dial. Now I will see because I have the rhodium dial coming and am a bit nervous about that aspect that it might look too masculine.
