Pochette Metis Empreinte color

I’m in the same debacle in November 2022. I like the monogram but also the black eimpreinte. But my main interest is that i want to buy a pochette metis as an investment. I’m not planning to use it. Which bag would you buy that would retain the retail value or go up in price? I see that both bags PM Mono and black Empreinte are available in the usa and europe. Wich one should buy first if i want yo sell it later. I know is difficult to look in the future but i would like to get an opinion from you thinking in value instead of what i like. I like the monogram the most but also the black in eimpreinte wich on do you think (or have experience with)will keep its retail value. Thanks !
Also i have to buy from the internet in Holland because there’s no store near where i live (like 3 hours from one) and there is no way to make an appointment for the next 3 month. I would appreciate your responses thank you in advance for your time to help me with my dilemma.

Not sure if the PM is an investment piece. It’s available online in all colors and also mono and reverse. Prices increased a lot since I got my empreinte in black 2020 for 500 Euro less. I see them around very often, especially mono and black. On the resale market prices seem to be lower than current retail price and I would always buy new from the store than second hand, especially when there is a small price difference. But that is just me.

I wanted to give quick update. My Pochette Metis Empreinte journey has taken a different turn. I bought the Rose Trianon but ended up returning it. She was very pretty but I needed a more practical bag. I was going to get the black one but then I saw this beauty… Odeon Tote PM! It was love at first sight and she came home with me! Thank you for letting me share.

Congrats very good choice. I have the same bag and got it in January. It’s so cute and practical that I‘m using it constantly since two months now. I like it’s roomy and has the top zipper.
