Pochette Métis defective - exchange or replace?

That is odd ... they gave me paperwork both times I had dropped my pochette metis' off to be evaluated if it it needed repair or if its defective. Although, they had it all in their system so when I went back in to get my replacement I didn't need to bring my paperwork.

You might want to call them to make sure it's in their system. If it is, then no need to have a paper copy.

TQ so much for your time replying to my message,I am also thinking it's weird and I ask her few times for paperwork but she said she said they were busy at that time and she asked to write down my number and address and will get back to me but never,I don't want to be pushy about it and think positive,but have been a week no reply from them and what worried me was no black and white proof .I will call them today...really appreciate you comments dear.

How is the handle that is on leather?
See mine. I bought a week ago and now is like got scuffing.
is this normal?
