Your collection has diversified away from clutch-centric as I recall (which I remember because of my own complete failures at becoming a "clutch gal.")

Thank you! I tend to veer towards bags that remind me of my equestrian days. Although I don’t need any more bags, I sometimes struggle with the possibility of the Della Cavalleri, as it has that great bridle bit clasp. The Verrou clasp is similar to a stall closure.…which is why I coveted one.@diane278 I love all the bags in your collection and that amazing trunk
Thanks! I probably like the gold TPM best as it’s my only gold bag.….except for the Barenia Aline with my buckle on it. I came to gold bags quite late in my H journey.
Thank you…..and, yes, I was totally fixed on clutches in the early years. Because I knew so little about H, I remember going to the Palo Alto store when it first opened, carrying my craie BdC clutch and requesting a black Octogone clutch. (They didn’t have one.) On my second visit, I made the same request, but was again told there weren’t any. To show you how out-of-it I was, my SA told me then, that if I wanted a B or K, she’d help me get one. I was still all about clutches and had no idea the opportunity I was turning down. But I've been lucky and have all I need.
(I only have one remaining BV…..the rest were gifted to my ”granddaughter” or sold.)
Yes she is THE dream - no picture can really catch the beauty of the color and the combination with the gold hardware. The color is called bleu ocean and my SA said it was a special delivery with only limited pieces that were made from this leather/color.
I was initially looking for a mini Evelyne when he surprised me with this. I was so in shock that I couldn't say anything but only smile like a crazy person behind my mask that he of course couldn't tell. My husband then asked me if this wasn't the color I want and if I don't like it and my SA was starting to look like he thought his surprise went wrong. But I was so in shock to be offered this bag - she was my first Hermès bag and I didn't even place a wish for her but for a Bikin and Kelly instead! I was just super lucky! Moreover, petrol is my absolute favorite color, and the combination with gold is my uber favorite - so you can imagine me being completely in heaven...and only after googling the specs I realized how rare this bag really is and how very lucky I got. I don't wear her often, but when I do she is a real showstopper with people staring all the time.
