It says her coordinates are Shibuya-ish in this article so I looked at the shibuya 109 shopping site. There is a similar one at the bottom from golds on the site and it is in turquoise or pink tote style with a heart so I am sure it is from there. Maybe they would ship or someone could help you order. Click on the little red handbag icon on the left side near the bottom to browse the 4 pages of bags .

From looking on the web, bamboo horsebit pattern was around in the 2006 cruise collection, maybe yours is same timing. Let's hope we get some more info...BTW love the signature web strap on your bag! It's a very comfortable bag with lots of room!
