Hi everyone! I received a Gucci Wallet as a gift - came with a dust bag, box, etc and seems legit but I can’t find any others like it online with the red herbarium print inside. Does anyone have any info on it? Could it have come from an outlet? I know the person who gifted it to me had recently been to Florence if that makes a difference, although I don’t know if she bought it there or not.

Thanks!

GC.PNGHi all, ordered this laptop bag for an online outlet (have yet to receive it) but I can't find this model (with the patches) anywhere on the internet. It's sold out right now so this is sadly the only picture I have, I know the backside has some different patches. Does anyone know where this is from and what the estimated (European) retail price would have been, or if this is a model that is made especially for outlets?

Thanks in advance.

Anyone know anything about this bag? It’s 12 x 9 x 6. Would love to know approx age and name! It’s my first Gucci.

If it doesn’t have the webbing or leather trim down the front, is it still a Boston bag? The size says yes, the details say? I saw a similar bag called a “Doctor” bag. Is that a Gucci name or a term just used by private sellers? I only ask because I a history buff of all types and buy vintage because I love the background.

They're all Bostons.

From the minis to the large. Only sometimes are the travel sizes called holdalls.

The webbing in either blue/red or green/red makes them a web-stripe Bostons.

The Doctor's bag is a generic term and has nothing to do with Gucci. Years ago, when doctors reg. made house calls, including carrying medicines, Drs would have precious potions and pills in glass bottles/jars in the bottom of their leather bags, their instruments on top. To keep everything exactly in-place they were semi-structured and had frames, domed on-top when shut, easy to see all at once when opened. Bostons are actually closer to travel holdalls and duffles that came from military and utility wear, no frames, light and practical. They were made smaller over the course of the 20C.

Need some help identifying this bag. It’s a Lilith bag that I got from Italy boutique but I lost the receipt and it’s been bothering me what series was this

I do know that the store told me it’a a seasonal/limited run
