Yes, it's a vintage one from the early 1990s. Very classic and a re-issue of a bag from the the 1950s, but no official name. Recently the re-issue similar bag )no front pocket and in polished calf not boar-skin) from a couple of years ago (AW 2013) had a similar lock detail but only in shw and was called the Lady Lock Tote.

Hi I have a gucci watch

EDITED OUT (Link is a pic of the watch in Google images, sorry I don't know how to post my own pic and havnt got a good one yet anyway)!

I want to know if this watch has a specific name?

Quick description: MOP face, diamond bezel (so sparkly!) Sapphire crystal glass.

80 diamonds - 0.56Ct.

It's a couple of years old now. There's a limited stock of all gucci watches and jewellery, once they're sold out they're gone. The 'higher' up you go the less stock there is to go round.

I see there are a few of these still around to buy

Oh thank you so much! I've found 2 very dodgy looking websites online selling this watch but it's more just general interest rather then actually wanting to buy another one 😄

Thanks again for your help, I've been a long time lurker (couple of years!) and the way you and others give up your spare time is amazing.

Now curiosity cured I can go back to enjoying my beautiful watch!

Hello, I'm looking for a bit of help identifying this bag, I'm gueasing its maye 80's. No tags inside but has the logo pictured. Calf skin leather interior. My boyfriends mum gave it to me for fancy dress (!) But I'd like to know a little more about it before using it for dress up. I'd also like to clean it up, it's gorgeous leather but could really do with a clean/polish. Any info gladly received. Thank you :-)
