you can buy online at sistershopping.com (website in french) or bluevelvetboutique.co.uk (but they don't ship to north america).

It's about EU147 for EU residences and EU122+shipping for non.

Oh sorry this thread is a year old now... I bought it on sistershopping.com and posted its availability on a few blogs (including purseblog) and it was sold out within days I think. The item is called a sautoir so if you search for sautoirs you may be able to find something similar.
