I like the Omega Iris 95 and the mini size is being discontinued since Omega won't manufacture this size anymore. the watch is retailed at $5,100 before tax and the watch comes with diamonds and gemstones. my boyfriend told me that the watch is not worth it and we should just buy a Rolex.

When i first saw the watch online i fell in love and knew i had to have it. but his comments are giving me second thoughts. What are your opinions? I am supposed to go to the boutique to pick it up this week.

Omegas are very lovely. I tried on the one you posted above. So beautiful. What Rolex is he suggesting you look at? In any case, get the watch you love that makes your heart sing.

I have both, Omega Constellation My Choice in all steel with diamond markers and 4 diamonds on the dial and Rolex Lady Datejust in yellow gold and steel, jubilee bracelet with diamond markers and MOP.

I wear my Omega daily and keep the Rolex for special occasions although I should wear it daily as I just hate winding it everytime I want to wear it. OK, not much help here but buy what you love. I still love my Omega and my next piece will definitely be quartz movement!

I have the omega with the diamonds all around the case and the gemstone dial. The watch is the ladies size and two tone. Before I saw this watch, I also wanted a rolex. As soon as my husband showed me the omega though, all thoughts of wanting the rolex were gone!!! I LOVE LOVE this watch!! Not only is it a gorgeous timepiece, but it just feels and looks like an extension of my jewelry collection. You really have to buy what makes you happy though!!

I have both the Rolex and the Omega. I've tired of the Rolex because it is heavy and kindy of bulky on my wrist. I am now wearing my Omega all of the time. I love this watch. Buy whichever appeals to you. I think the Iris is beautiful and Omega makes great watches.

If you've already looked at the Rolex models and you're still loving the Omega, then you should probably get the Omega. It seems like you absolutely love the watch. Get the one that you know you can love for a long long time no matter what.

Rolex with diamonds (on my current wish list, I LOVE Rolex) is at least $7,600. At least you can tell hubby that you'll be saving some money;)
