They're very good when taking your orders and tracking. But when you return stuff, they will make you feel like crap for wanting a store credit that you are entitled to in the first place. I've been shopping with them and spent a lot then once I decided to return, they just kept my $150 bucks and gave me the crappiest reasons for not giving me a store credit! And they never did! They have the crappiest customer service, in my opinion. They gave me nothing but stress. eBay shopping is much better, I got proper refunds for my items.
For those who have tried returning items, they understand what I'm saying.
