totally agree with aliceanna above. i myself would get a matching band. also would get the thin spacer band since your band looks three-sided and i hear diamonds shouldn't rub against each other.

THIS!!!! This was the 1st thing I thought of too, you can't add a band to a ring w/ pave on the sides like that w/o eventual damage.

I would have to see what this "spacer" thing is all about before I went that route. I have never seen it and I can't imagine it being a look I would like.

I have platinum ering and band. I had my jeweler attach them together after I got married--this stops the problem of the "diamond rubbing" and for those with a top-heavy diamond (yes OP I am talking about you!) it totally stops your ring from spinning...if it does that...mine did since my ring finger is a 4.5 and my knuckles are big and I had to size the ring a bit bigger to fit over the knuck.

So have you decide on a band yet? It's been two months since your OP. I vote for an eternity pave band to mach your engagement ring. It will be beautiful (and
SPARKLY) to wear with or without your engagement ring.

This is advise from someone who owns "two" wedding bands. One plain, my original band to match my DH. One micro pave eternity band, to wear when not wearing my engagement, which I bought after the wedding. I had to have the sparkles, when I cannot wear my engagement ring for some reason.
