Please help me in deciding the metal colour for perlee clover bracelet

I just worry that I will find it difficult to wear rose perlee clover with my other VCA pieces as that means mixing all three colours of metals.
Until this year, I didn’t mix. When I buy jewelry, it’s a group decision between DH, Jewelry professional(s) and me. My everyday mix is rose gold ring, white gold ring, yellow gold earrings and white gold and black pearl necklace. I’m thinking of adding a Verdura YG cuff to all that. It’s not, however, as close in proximity as a mixed stack. But, if you search threads on pink gold VCA, I think many TPFers do mix it up (even three metals) it might help that the pink is the most subtle on your skin tone. But this is all moot point, if you decide you really don’t want to mix. And, I think that answer depends on your style and sense of what is comfortable on you. Your VCA SA may also have a good point of view assuming she knows your taste. Pink gold is probably the most versatile; YG the most classic; and WG the most formal. JMO

I like white metals and rose gold worn together the best. I actually love that bracelet in rose gold. However, I think rose gold is the most likely to come and go out of style, and white gold/platinum and yellow gold are the most classic and will stand the test of time. We are in a period right now where yellow gold and rose gold are in favor, but it wasn't long ago that we had a prolonged period where white metals were strongly in favor. Handbag hardware is more often going to be yellow or white metal (I see more yellow metals at the moment). So there are reasons to favor all three metals! I think they all look fine on you. I wear mostly white metals, but I like how the white diamond clovers show up more on the rg and yg. So as others have said, think about what would work for you best. I definitely get why this is a hard decision!

I agree in that I love rose and white gold together as well. I also agree that there have been periods when yellow gold was "in" and when white gold was "in". I always thought that rose gold was never really "in" previously because it just wasn't offered in such a widespread way as it is now. Part of it may have been style/taste, but I also think rose gold may have been trickier to produce. I remember being a kid wanting rose gold jewelry, but you only ever really saw it mixed up in tricolor pieces (hey, anybody remember the Consumers Distributing catalog? :giggle:). Even now there's a huge difference in various shades of rose gold (think VCA and Cartier's most subtle tones vs Tiffany's Rubedo or the rose gold Rolex uses). It may or may not be as classic, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the most popular color of the three Perlee metals, at least currently.

Anyway, that's me going off topic and blathering. I love the rose gold on you best, but honestly all three look fabulous and you can't make a bad choice here.

This was my first vca piece and I went through this debate. I wear 3 loves daily stacked, one of each colour gold. So I knew all 3 golds could work. I eliminated the rg since I find vca rg very coppery. I am fine with vca rg in small pieces but I wish it looked like Cartier rg. However, I agree that wg and rg mix beautifully. Like the noeud ring - I adore this ring and the mix. So if you are going to stack with your tennis bracelet I would do wg or rg. I ended up with yg cause vca has a lot of yg pieces I saw myself buying and will all match. The wg one is on my list still and I plan to buy at some point. Goodluck deciding.

Thank you so much for all your advices! It’s truly helpful to hear different opinions/advices when I get so stuck with the decision making. I think I will most likely get rose gold. I am going to think about it for another day or two before getting it =)
