Please help me decide between this gucci Dionysus vs Saint Laurent sunset bag

I prefer the black suede trim myself - I have this bag in the larger ‘small’ size. I like the canvas as I find it fairly neutral and goes with everything right through the seasons. However there is also an all leather version of these bags in the mini size, available in black or red leather.

The black one has an "edgier" feel to it while the beige is softer and more vintage. Depends on your style though. I personally lean towards the black but I love both of them!

I've had a hard time deciding on which bag I want to purchase as my daily bag. Torn between the Gucci Dionysus Double Chain Bag in Black and the Chloe Faye Medium in Black. Both are gorgeous but I feel the Gucci is a bit too trendy at the moment and may not having lasting appeal. Maybe something to think about. Also, if anyone has opinions on my dilemma, please share!

I have a YSL Sunset (In Taupe) and it's such a fabulous bag! The structure, style, quality and functionality of the bag are beyond compare. If it were me and I were choosing between the two you posted, I'd go for the Sunset. You won't be disappointed.

Isn’t it fun how perception guides us lol as even though Gucci is now having a trendy moment, I see the Chloe as the trendy bag between the two.
At the end of the day I think you should get the one you like best. Next year you will probably want another one anyway. :)

I'm really not a fan of Chloe bags :( for some reason I just never thought they were worth their price! I love the Gucci :]

I’m head over heels over the sunset bag. I’m trying to decide between the croc grey or plain grey. That sunset is amazing and you won’t see it on every street corner. I also think the style and resale value will stand the test of time vs the Gucci. [emoji3]

i have the gucci one - LOVE IT (in my profile pic)
i have a YSL pochette in similar colour as the one you are looking at and it goes with EVERYTHING.
buy both heheheehhe...
