Please Help me choose: Tahitian Pearls

I definitely prefer strand 1. I find that I wear my darker tahitian pearls more often. I also much prefer the size. I actually really like the rings on baroque pearls (called rings of life), so the more pronounced the better IMO.

I also like the way #1 looks on you.

the center pearl in #2 is not acceptable IMO.

I agree with Pazt on this one...strand one looks lovely and is a nice size.

I would say strand #1. I'm not crazy about the pearl in the front of strand two. It doesn't look like it belongs or flows with the necklace.

Thanks, everyone; I appreciate the input. The more I look at both of them, the more I don't think I am happy with either one. I'd be happy with the first strand if it had the surface quality of the second one, and I might be happy with the second one if the pearls were more circled and barrel shaped instead of having the one odd drop shape at the front. But as it stands, I think I'll be returning both and continue to look for the right strand for me.

i prefer strand 2 coz i like the color and quality. i think some strands are strung with the bigger sizes at the center and next size at the sides (gradual)...something like that. that is why, there are different pricing for diff settings.

but, I totally agree with Christiflora. Japster have lots of great pearls in her site and competitively priced.
