Hi everyone! I'm currently trying to decide between 2 Tiffany e-rings and would really appreciate your advice and opinions. I originally wanted the Tiffany setting around 1.2-1.3 ct but because of the currency and price increase insanely in Australia I don't think my partner can afford that. Until recently I saw this Tiffany Embrace, it really gives me the WOW effect and it look so much bigger when comparing the same carat size with the Tiffany setting. It look like 1.2 ct when it's only 0.9 ct centre stone with halo compare to 1 ct Tiffany setting if you get what I mean. The only think I'm worried is not sure if I'll love it after 10 years or so because it's just no as classic as Tiffany setting.

I need your honest opinion please as I really can't decide :( it's like choosing a chanel classic flap and a boy bag to me! Thanks everyone [emoji173]️

Below are the pictures shown both rings. First picture is Tiffany setting and the second is Tiffany Embrace. ImageUploadedByPurseForum1440252495.580132.jpgImageUploadedByPurseForum1440252512.060802.jpg

I personally love a simple solitare e-ring (especially since I have a Tiffany e-ring with a princess cut diamond ;)), but the Tiffany Embrace setting looks nice, too. For the Tiffany Embrace ring, what setting is the halo in? Is it individual prongs or chanel? It's a little difficult to see from the picture.

I'm a in the minority, I love the second. Personally with a solitaire setting I would want more omp later, whereas with the second like you said there is already a wow factor.

But a lot can happen in a few years, even with a classic solitaire you may be prone to shrinkage ;) Also, I think it also depends on what kind of wedding band you plan to pair it with...just my 2cents.

Have been wearing my Tiffany setting for about 10 years and I still love it as much. The best thing about that setting is that you can pair it with so many different bands. You can also upgrade it to a bigger stone down the road.

Thanks shopgirl! I think the halo is chanel if I'm not mistaken :/

Hanks cmars :) I just can't decide which one to choose. As for wedding band I found there is no matching wedding for Tiffany embrace and it will usually leaves a gap in between if u know what I mean. Well o actually don't mind tho. I attached one photo that I found in googles too ImageUploadedByPurseForum1440320452.756191.jpg

Thanks MatAllston! Is it only Tiffany setting can be upgraded to bigger stone?

Thanks na294! I thought the halo actually makes the diamond sparkle more :/ but it just won't have the clean look like the setting

The embrace has a slight bezel around the halo so in my opinion it makes it look smaller than a bezel-less halo like the Soleste does.

Honestly they are both beautiful rings and you will enjoy either one for sure :-)
