I favor the second. The top one is a little too complex and big for my taste.

1st I've had great experiences with Tiffany enamel

#1 yes enamel is delicate however I doubt you plan on banging your expensive 14k gold Tiffany key around frivolously anyway so I think you'll be okay lol Don't shower with it and don't drag it on concrete
