Although white stands out more and looks more crisp and sharp, I had owned a Cartier Santos with white face before. It may discolor and what I was told, achieving a patina, a sort of yellowish aged look. You can have the watch face changed down the road if you can't accept the discoloration.

Agree. I know she is a big fan of Rolex watch. I was glad to see she wear a Patek model that I’m getting and she wear it beautifully

Depending on which country you’re in. Each country have different retail price. Same country have same retail price. You can give one of the AD Boutique in your country and ask for the retail price on the PP model you’re interested.
Nautilus (self-winding model) are popular in most countries. Some Nautilus (ladies model) in Quartz, you may ask for small discount. HTH
