Please help me choose a watch? Coach vs MK

I have read that they don't last very long, they go through batteries in a couple of months vs years, the seal on the glass face to the watch is not good and water gets inside very easily, and the finish wears off within a few wears if you get the rose or yellow gold style finishes.

For MK I agree with the above.

I like both, but I have some doubts about quality: which watch has a better quartz movement? Do the stones in Coach watch fall out by time?
How long do usually such kind of watches function properly?
I am from Ukraine and lately, the MK brand name has become extremely popular here but you can see more fakes, than the originals,
because the prices for MK bags, shoes and watches are two-three times higher, than they are in the US(((
As for Coach - nobody knows this brand at all(
