I love the Gucci one. The color is gorgeous and I just love the overall style.

I love it too!! But I really want a cross body and not 100% sure you can wear it like that all the time.

I don't think either bags are appropriate for dinner - the Speedy is too casual and the Gucci, while gorgeous, is too big imo.
Of the two, I much prefer the Gucci and I adore the Soho leather but as someone else mentioned, this bag can get heavy.

I know so many pros and cons .

You need to buy in the US or from Europe if you can get a better price. I'm sure someone from the US can advise on import taxes etc.
