Hey, the waist lipo, I think I gain the fat back on year 3 unless you keep working out and stay in high protein diet meaning 50% protein/30%carbs/20%fat diet, lift weight 5 days a week. otherwise the fat part will grow back. It wasn’t as tone as I first did the lipo. But the lipo in on thigh was good never gain back any fat.

Rattinan charges more expensive nowadays. 2 years ago a Vietnamese girl when to F clinic with a different plastic surgeon, she is having good result I think. The price is less compare to Rattinan. Rattinan was quoting each thigh each area direct price. Insane.
