Hi girls, I’m going to write a review about my plastic surgery in Thailand Bangkok in 2019 - it is 2 years ago I did my surgery.
I need to stress this out as I do not work for this clinic or any commission tied to them or the doctor, I write this mainly for sharing. My choice a bite risky. And I outlined the risk ahead before you decided to go with the same doctor. Always look for the name of the DOCTOR not the clinic because in Thailand the doctor was under contract with agency then with the clinic. The sales consultant told me their contract is 1 year only.
The reason I choose this clinic despite it is new, at that time I saw their instagram content open 2017, it is risky, I went in late 2019 but after I contacted all the model and seeing their unfiltered photos/videos as a results, so I decided to go with them.
I’m happy the money that I spend and the result that I get, I think their practice is world-class as the doctor is using the latest technique and the clinic is using all the newest machine/material. - (vaser lipo, bodytide, Motiva,) the SCAR management is 100-% excellent , as I don’t notice any scar, and it heals like no incision at all. My nose scar is hidden inside the nostril, the breast scar is only 2.5cm each side and not noticeable at all, all my liposuction incision is only like tiny dots and can’t see at all.

Also this doctor that I went to he is not plastic surgeon (I found out this after 2 years, a Thai member at the kaokoa telling me this) He just a general surgery doctor I think. (He graduated in top uni in Thailand – Mahido University) I have my good result after 2 years and I decided to share this experience. I spend money and my body on this plastic surgery, I hope it will help this community.

Beginning of RESEARCH:

(My China friend do it in China , I learn so much from her but she don’t recommend China plastic surgery at all, many downsides, I will share her story when I have time) Anyway, I trying to search online and no one was posting and I see bunch of stuff on real self that not cover Asian plastic surgery.
At that time I was searching instagram and I found out this clinic and I find the model they listed was very natural and unique look with their own features , (not looking like Korean Plastic surgery doll) so I actually contacted them 1 by 1 with the girls and asking them if they have complications ? Any emergency issue ? Any bad results? Scar is big? One of them reply and many don’t reply. And also it is very convincing, the model they hire was all local known celebrities. And they show exact face after surgery with photos and videos (NO BLUR, NO FILTER). And those video and photos is LIVE looking not photoshop or filter. (Something blur out or photoshop/filter material, I don’t like)
So I contact the clinic on website and with Line , the salesperson so nice and I ask many questions about price and scar photos. They send me real photos and real video after operation. One thing I really like because they are transparent on price and not charging any foreigner price. And they show me video and photos of after surgery and show me measurements of the scar. The sales consultant is good in English speaking, I ask the sales consultant which doctor do this model on their website she told me the doctor name. please always ask which doctor do the model ( I try to consult in Korea before, like asking the sales consultant which doctor operate the model? She told me “you need to find out yourself” , I really think sometime Korea PS is arrogant, because I can't find any clinic I like in Korea so I decided to go to Thailand).
Anyway they quote me price and I think it is reasonable. So I go back and ask the model listed on their Website if he got any bad case of anything, she saying nothing his skill was good, no complication so I decided to go.
I mean at that Time I don’t have choice because I don’t want to do it in US and those model on their ig is convincing so I decided to book ticket and go and I’m eager to pay up whole lump sum and I want to pay them all up front because I afraid later when I arrive Bangkok, my bank can't settle payement, I afraid clinic don't take international credit card.
This payment time also problem I actually pay them $25K USD via PayPal but they return back to me saying the taxes issue so I resend again via transfer wise it went through.
So I think all settle in, then I fly to Bangkok.
But my surgery date was not in priority despite I paid up front due to 1 celebrity girl wants to do her butt so I got postponed few days. During my 4 times visit to the clinic I bump into 3 different local celebrities who come to do advertising for her butt surgery and also some others celebrities doing her facial treatment? They are some shooting at the lobby, this clinic got 3 story level, I think if the clinic spend money to hire celebrities to do promotion, she is in serious business.
Procedures:
Primary Rhinoplasty;
Breast implant- Motiva Ergonomix 375cc each;

Recovery time to take note:
Before surgery the sales consultant brings me to the government hospital to get blood test work, I kind of wait 1 day for the result to send back to the clinic, they have sent a luxury company car to fetch me back and forth to my hotel – hospital - clinic.
I spend 1 night at the clinic after surgery and next day they are using their company luxury car to send me back to hotel. I was in draining container for 7 days, (near my lower stomach area, there is a small pipe that drain all the lipo fluid) Most of the time I pee a lot and I was lying down to wait for stitches to take off. And I think like day4 I was sad/depress due to post surgery mood.
Day 7 I take off stitches but due the careless nurse I need to go back 2nd ground as she forgotten my bikini line area got 2 stitches. (The stitches is very small like a tiny dot, you can’t see it unless you touch the area.) But this time no company car to fetch me, it is like 4/5pm busy time I can only call tutu to fetch me back despite they help me call cab and I waited for 1 hour still no cab available, because the embassy road is a busy area.

Breast Augmentation- Happy level 90%
Implant Motiva Ergonomix 375cc each, choosing this for natural breast slope, I feel this size abite heavy for me because I’m 34D at original now I’m 36DD, got to wear sport bra all the time. When doing testing with the doctor during consultation, we try different size . the breast size 375cc shows the best result so I just follow doctor advice. It is very painful for the first 2 weeks, if laying down needs 45 angel with pillows, the pain go down slowly but even after 6 months I feel my nipple numbness and swelling still. through out first 1.5 years I can’t do plunk, weight lift for arms or skipping rope, my breast hurts, I switch to trampoline exercise. Please use only Motiva as it is FDA approved and it will not BURST easily. My implant got a chip tracking, after surgery you need to register and if anything goes wrong the chip can sense and will send info through email I guess. Also, I found out some girl go to Korea and putting an unknown Korea brand, this is dangerous because you don’t know if it will last for bursting.
My breast actually was one side smaller one side bigger, maybe just 10% different by eye viewing, I ask doctor if can do one side 375cc and one side 350cc , he saying cannot must do both same size, but after implant it is obvious with the uneven I guess, like can tell it is uneven still. Anyway by year 2 everything drop to same size.

I do Only silicone insert with CLOSED incision method, NO SCAR showing, actually I don’t really demand doctor a lot on my nose because my original nose is pretty, I just told him to raise the height only, and I don’t bring any celebrities photos as I don’t want to look like anyone but just a prettier myself, but I only show some 45-degree angle nose photo to him. I read some video saying the tip will digested so I didn’t ask doctor to do tip for me, he didn’t suggest too.

first 1.5 years my nostril was very much uneven, and my nose abite to the left side (I guess due to my sleeping position, after I sleep with airplane pillow the nose back to centre) and I was thinking to do revision at Korea but due to Covid quarantine rules, I delayed it, and suddenly after another 6 months (2 years) the nostril and everything drop very fast and it is very natural now, I don’t think I will do anything again. Because also I am doing Ultherapy at 1.5 years so that add up to all the de- asymmetric.

Most of the time I feel my nose is not attached to my original nose and I feeling tightness skin around the nose area, and I think my skin is thin out like can see through under the light ? but After surgery I was telling the doctor my nose not tall enough, but he told me he already max out. I show some nose photos with 45 angel and I would say it achieve 80% so I’m ok and happy.
Also my friend keep complaining my nose is too high, but I think it is not high enough but now after 2 years it drop to level 1 from level 2.5 level, almost back to original height.
Sexy line : Happy level 100%
this one is the best outcome, I literally having 11 groves line - ABS line on my stomach, and I couldn’t achieve this by any workout, also I don’t know if he invented this, because I don’t see any US or Korean doctor able to do this. He told me this one got to be specific on the fat amount on the stomach area can only show the line. And I saw many model/celebrities went to him for only this. I am feeling tightening on my stomach muscle all the time like I did already million times crunch!
Waist lipo and lower back lipo - Happy level 80%
to make the shape more feminine, so I really like it. This is my second time for the lipo so they charge a bit more for the bodytide technique and the price for second lipo more expensive. He really contour me with the curve for my waist and hips. I ask why charge me more? I'm not revision, just need contouring, then she saying the fat cell is different need more time to do lipo? something like the fat cell expand ?
BBL – Happy level 70%
when I woke up I told told doctor not big enough, he saying he already max that. He can’t do any more than 500cc each this will cause skin dead, I should do butt implant at the same time. (I’m going soon and will update again) so I’m going back when the quarantine lifted. It was plump at the beginning, I like it a lot, I also got the peach look on both side of hips area, he really contouring the fat to the side hips area and making a curve, but slowly like every 6 months , the fat digested , now after 2 years maybe I left 50% only.
Thigh lipo - Happy level 80%
my second time lipo for thigh and it improved a lot on the skin texture as I pay extra for bodytite technique, this is very important get the latest technology and pay extra for tightening service, many of my friend’s skin lose due to traditional water technique and old machine.
Mistake that I made:
SIM CARD- get a SIM CARD at airport once you landed, because you need this to order grab for the cab.
Do not take airport cab from the counter it is double the price, take the grab cab but you need Thai sim card to order, and the cab is cash payment despite you order online.
Do not change money at the hotel lobby, go to the exchange shop that near by, the hotel lobby exchange is less 20% from the exchange shop.
Ask the clinic prepare the TAX refund paper, not the airport do this, I thought this is like you bring all your spending to the airport and claim tax over there, I'm wrong, you need to prepare early to do it. I was bringing the millions of Thai bath that I spend to the airport tax refund counter and I can't get any refund due to the paperwork.
CONCLUSION: Please give yourself a FULL 2 YEARS for recovery, unless you can't breath, bleeding then you seek immediate surgery, overall slowly result will get better. Always look for latest machine/technology that the clinic using especially FDA approved (because new machine very expensive not many clinic wants to invest this), asking REAL TIME PERSON for review for verification not by sales consultant talk or Photoshop photos, check if clinic bed is new and comfortable, I see many Korean PS having rusty patient bed.
