My friend works at one of the big PS clinics in Korea as a consultant, she told me that every consultant gets a % of the customer they helped's pay, and English consultants get 10~15%... So I imagine the consultant gets a higher percentage than the English consultant.

This is why you must be careful of where you go, consultants can be VERY sneaky. I recently went to Ole clinic to get some fat dissolving injections on my cheeks, and she was very suspicious. She asked me if I seen the event and remembered the price, and I told her I did see the event but couldn't remember the price. She called 400,000... Stupid *****. Then I decided to look it up before I paid and I saw it was actually 250,000. So I told her and she just said ok and changed the price to what I saw... What a swindler!!

I think the cheapest approach would be to heighten your nose bridge to bring out the mid portion of your face to create a more harmonious look; not too flat or sunken as it is now. The nose bridge between your eyes seem very low making it look sunken in. I think you would also need paranasal implants and bone graft to lift the base of the nose out. Best bet would be to go to your local plastic surgeon to get 3D rendering of both options then decide for yourself. You don't need to commit to having surgeries with them but to get an idea. Most places will give you free consultations, well, if you live in the US.

Good luck.

Hello Guys, i'm in a serious dilemma right now.

I will be doing my Jaw surgery with EverM this autumn and am in the midst of considering which operation to choose.

Background information: I've been thinking, researching and planning this for a year. My teeth are naturally straighter than average, dentists never recommended me for braces. My biting is ALIGNED. I do not have speech/biting problems.

The pictures attached is my current situation. I even did a little photoshop to depict the desire outcome i hoped for. My current dillemma is this, should i go for 1) Double-Jaw surgery OR a 2) Jaw + Chin reduction??

Below are my concerns:

1) Money. Although i will have the money for both of the proposed operations, the difference of both operation is doubled of one another.

2) Risks. Its obvious double-jaw is more riskier than a reduction. If a reduction can achieve my desired look, why do i have to go through so much?

3) Recovery time.

I guess to sum up, is jaw+chin reduction surgery a better fit for me, especially its a cheaper/less riskier/faster recovery operation compared to double-jaw!

My doctor says that the "ROOT OF THE PROBLEM" is my jaw position. Both jaw is protruded so both have to be shifted backwards. If i go for reductions, it MAY solve it aesthetically, but not fundamentally. Then i ask myself, what is MY "root of the problem". i dont have biting, speaking, eating problems. My problem is a aesthetic problem, if this cheaper alternative can make me aesthetically better, then why do i have to go through painful double-jaw surgery?

I know you guys are not doctors, and i should listen to the doctors. But the difference of both surgery's prices is just t0o much that i could not stop suspecting that they are just suggesting the more pricer (double jaw) for the sake of earning more.

Its very evident that i do have issues with my jaw, from the pictures. I have at least 4 more months to decide. EverM is an excellent PS hospital i never doubt that, but i seek your kind advice on this.

Appreciate everyone for reading!

Many thanks,

hi, i have bought a ticket to korea on 27 may 2015. im using seoultouchup as my plastic surgery tour guide there. i will do rhino, eyelid, and also chin augmentation/lip reduction. i've mailed regen, jw and banobagi and i'd mentioned it to the girl from seoultouchup. but she reccomended a clinic named "the plastic clinic" located also arnd gangnam and she said it is popular amongs korean. but i tried to research abt them and found nothing.. cause their name is too general. then i asked for another consultation in jw, but again, she reccomend another clinic. should i trust her as a tourguide to just do the consultation in clinics she reccomended? since she is korean and i know that seoultouchup won't reccomended any bad clinics to me. but anyway, anyone have hear abt "The Plastic Clinic"? their website is theclinic.co.kr

Why wouldn't she reccimend a bad clinic just because she's Korean and works for Seoultouchup? That makes no sense.

Those tour agencies run off commission from clinics so she could have many reasons for recommending that clinic. Maybe her uncle owns it - who knows!

I've never heard of that clinic mentioned in Korean BTW

May i know whether is it advisable to do rhinoplasty + alarplasty + v line & quick zygoma reduction together at the same time? Thank you!
If you could take 7 days of discomfort like a champ, then go ahead. However rhinoplasty alone only allows you to breathe out of your mouth and vline would make your mouth swollen. Of course it might be very uncomfortable for the first few days but it would get gradually more tolerable until you get your stitches removed. Although they're not the most comfortable surgeries to go through, if your doctor allows you to get them done at the same time, which many people do, then I'm sure he/she wouldn't allow you to get things done that would put you at risk.

Through a special Vaginal Plastic Surgery your sex life after menopause can be more enjoyable than before. It is called Colpoperineoplasty.
Colpoperineoplasty is a functional procedure involving the tightening of the inner and outer muscles and structures of the vagina enhancing vaginal muscle tone, strength, and control.

I had been to USA last month. Dr.Wesley Anne Brady of Dallas, Texas is famous for Colpoperineoplasty.
We know South Korea is the Mecca of cosmetic surgery. Does anyone know about any clinic in South Korea, doing Colpoperineoplasty?
Chungdam ZN has a women's clinic also which specializes in surgery and health for our private parts. If you check my threads I made a thread on their lip surgeries but I did not mention they also specialize in surgeries for our lips... down there... and there is a link to their website on my thread. I tried to look up 'Vaginoplasty South Korea' on google but no clinics came up. I'm interested in taking a visit to their women's clinic for other reasons of my own (perhaps g-shot injection) but i'm a bit embarrassed to talk about it publicly on the forum.

If anyone has any information on these kind of procedures please let me know.

Hi there!

In response to some of your questions about jaw surgery, I showed these (horrible) pictures to ID Hospital in Seoul to see what could be done about my fat lower face, square jaw and broad chin. I knew I'd need v-line but I wanted to see what could be done about the fat problem. (I'm 20 years old and underweight, if I don't do something now it's just gonna get worse lol.)

My flab is so bad (especially on one side where it's lumpy) I was afraid my slim v-line jaw would be eclipsed by the weird fat. I asked ID Hospital about this and they recommend I do a 'V3 Lift' as well, which might be something you want to look into? A V3 lift 'works through not only the skin, but the fats and muscle', to ensure a nice tight v-line. As you can see my face is very loose so I felt if I just got v-line I would experience A LOT of sagging.

Not entirely sure what 'work through' means and not much other information is given besides that and that they lipo any unwanted fat lol.
You have a beautiful jawline to me...

The thing I would worry about is a lot of "translators" will try to push you away from other clinics because the ones that they recommend are paying them to do so. I'm not saying all translators and guides etc do this, but in my opinion I see no harm in consulting with a couple of the clinics that she suggested, HOWEVER, don't let her persuade you away from going to other clinics that you have researched and want to consult with. :)

Thanks 😃. she finally decided to go with my choice and book in regen, but she completely ignore me abt jw hahaha, she said regen is better. eventhough i said that jw is on the top of my list bcs of dr soo that really popular with rhinoplasty.
