I got mine last week. I was so excited. I even got a complimentary box. Then I saw that it had no wrapping of any kind. No dust bag, nor any padding. Then to my horror, scratches. :cursing::mad:
I knew that I didn't order this from eBay.
I know that those scratches are not that huge but they were noticeable immediately.
I sent it back right away with a note asking Coach if I got someone's returned item.
It was disappointing. I really hope that this was an isolated incident.

This isn’t uncommon especially after the bag has been available for a long time. It probably was a return in less than perfect condition.

I had purchased a pine Cassie during last week or so it was $210 and it came from a store just like this. I returned it to the warehouse with the shipping label they had to email me since there was no receipt or anything in the box, just a purse with loose tissue paper. The longer their items have been available (from release to now being half off), the more often this will happen unfortunately.

I just love the Cassie 19 bag. I tell everyone about it and currently have it in Chalk and Signature / Rust. If I got a third it would be in Aurora/Pine colorblock. Someone mentioned Pine is more of a teal, that's just not accurate. It is very dark, closer to black than teal, imo. I'd call it a very grayed dark green. Cassie 19 is amazing b/c of three straps! You have three different vibes in one small bag. I even have the Love scarf wrapped on the top handle of my signature Cassie 19. SO CUTE. I have the wide accessory straps in both Chalk and Signature rust. Do not be afraid of Chalk! It is a Coach classic and an amazing color year round and y'all know how to keep them clean. Don't overthink it, and never be scared of a color you love...just keep your pens and nail polish etc away from it and enjoy.

Interesting how people see color differently; mine is definitely closer to teal than black.

I agree. I received my Cassie today and sent it back immediately. I was so disappointed . The colour is more black than green.

I think the key with pine is that it looks different in all different lights. So when someone thinks it looks black, I think sometimes they haven't seen it in its other colors yet. I had held off buying it because I didn't want it too dark or black, and when it came I was thrilled...it is like a metallic chameleon color that changes. I love that about it.
