I noticed the dimensions provided by the website, it seems much larger than the “normal” MPA, with the black piece being up to 34 x 21 x 5 cm compared to the original khaki/pink version 24 x 13 x 4 cm.
Is the website reporting the dimensions correctly (I don’t need actual measurements just a confirmation that it’s bigger than the normal MPA).
The pink screams quite loudly, but the black seems muted enough.
I only realized after it has launch that it’s made with the econyl fabric and did a quite research on it. It seems like a nice change from the usual leather, canvas and exotic pieces with fur or exotic leather. It’s like virtually free from mold attacks because it’s synthetic. (Some of my older pieces are likely to be suffering from some mold)
At the back of my mind I did wonder if using recycled nylon requires such a hefty price tag.

Yes the MPA puffer is larger. They also put the name "Maxi" in front. I wish it was more reasonable in cost, like $2500 or so then maybe I would consider it. But I have to pay 13% tax on top of that soo...no. lol
I know right! It is almost $3.5k (Singapore dollars, more expensive than a Palm Springs mini) in my country!! I like that it is bigger than the original MPA. There are actually two colours available but I like the black-pink (pun intended) version better.
Here’s a pic (with wallet and keys in the bag). I don’t find it flimsy, it really does feel like a puffer jacket made into a bag! Saw the khaki MPA and that looked pretty nice too… very versatile with the two colours and the two types of straps.
Did you just buy it?!?! I don’t supposed the puffy bag would be able to hold its shape.

Yes I did! It’s funny, I saw it and loved it but looks like most people hate it… lol. Actually I think it will likely hold its shape better than monogram canvas since the material is thicker but like other speedys, I’ll probably need to use an insert or at least a base if I don’t want it to sag over time
I’m considering the MPA actually. I even liked the fact that it’s bigger than the normal MPA. I’ve only seen pictures on the website and frankly nobody else seems to like it enough to post anything.
I have seen a bunch of people disliking this bag, I think it's really cute. I do think an organizer will keep it from sagging. I actually love that the handles are the canvas.....it' an all weather bag, which is so great! I live in the North East and this bag is perfect for here with all the different weather we have.
